Youth Services

Services are provided to young people throughout the  Upper Hunter Shire in Merriwa, Murrurundi and Scone.

Merriwa Youth Club

Bow Street, Merriwa

Opening Hours

• Tuesday 5pm - 8pm
• Thursday 5pm - 8pm
• Friday 5pm - 9pm
  

Murrurundi Youth Club

Open each Tuesday  at the Murrurundi Community Technology centre:-

• Juniors 10-12 years 5.30-7.00pm
• Seniors 7.00pm to 8.30pm

Open Fridays at the Youth Centre

• Juniors 10-12 years 5.00pm-7.30pm
• Seniors 7.30pm to 10.00pm

Scone Youth Club

105 Susan Street Scone

Thursday

• 4-5pm (Tae Kwon Do)
• 5-7pm  Programmed Events

Friday 

• 3-6pm - art with Max Watters 
• 6-9pm - Programed Events

Youth Workers can access services for young people including Jobs, Placement, Education and Training (JPET), Adolescent and Family Counselling Service and the Upper Hunter Drug Action Worker if and when these services are needed.
